Our Saturday Deal has Changed…

Our Saturday deal got loud. Then the lines got long. And somewhere along the way, Saturdays stopped feeling like Saturdays.

We’re glad more folks found Bellow. What we’re not glad about is seeing scarcity turn into anxiety, watching our staff get treated poorly, or realizing that some of the Saturday regulars who have been with us from the beginning were getting squeezed out.

So we’re changing things up:

• $5/lb ground beef is now available every day we’re open, that’s Tuesday through Saturday, 11–6.

• 5 lb per person limit.

• $5/lb + tax is CASH ONLY. No exceptions. This applies Saturdays, too.

• Paying by card? It’ll be $6.75/lb.

• And if you’re mean, it’s $8/lb. 😉

We want Bellow to be a place where you can grab great American beef, eat a sandwich, say hi to the people behind the counter, and maybe become a regular.

A line out the door is cool. Knowing your neighbors is cooler.
